Project Description:
Emerson College decided to build student housing in downtown Boston along Boston Common's Piano Row retail area. Space was at a premium in this congested urban setting. The building will provide housing and an underground full size basketball court. East Coast Slurry Company teamed with A.A. Will Corporation to provide a complete foundation.
